1. Completed or Ongoing Services
Once payment is made and the service has started or been delivered, either in part or in full, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation or dissatisfaction.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in cases where Border Nexus clearly fails to deliver the services as explicitly outlined in the written agreement, and only upon written confirmation from both parties.
3. No Responsibility for Payment Gateways
We are not responsible for delays, transaction errors, or issues related to third-party payment processors such as Stripe, banks, or other financial platforms.
